The staff were excellent and very relaxed making you feel very welcome. Breakfast was served until 12.00 and the same time for checkout so no rushing around early. Our room was the Titanic Suite. It was very clean and had the most amazing jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and are happy to assist. Location. I needed an hotel near to the docks, and this hotel is close to Gate 4. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

Room was a bit small butok for an overnight stay. There was a a half eaten biscuit with our tea and coffee in our room. Although our room was clean I don't think the cleaner spotted this! Also they had a temporary chef who did not understand English so he kept getting our breakfast wrong. The only problem was that it had changed its name (from Antico) since my booking. Even the taxi driver was uncertain. Our room was a bit small, but would stay again. small rooms the resturant was closed when we stayed there. Bathroom window that wouldn't shut. Continental breakfast very poor. There was only one standard room left so we went for the superior for an extra £ 20 only to find rooms were the same,only superior had 2 chairs and a smaller table when the standard had a large desk and one chair ??wasnt bigger as website said. Wifi has a poor quality reception so not usable in some rooms or restaurant Rooms are small Watch the information regarding late night noise so you book a quieter room. the location was noisy all night . the residents were noisy all night . the breakfast was non existant . no watchable channels on the television in the room . i will not recommend the establishment nor will i stay in it again . very poor buffet breakfast with only tea, bread, butter and jams, only one flavour yogurt and stale fruit. poor quality English breakfast. Bad organisation at check in time and try to add on £20 when the booking said the full amount was to be charged. Very small rooms with old, tatty courtains and.
