  the staff were very polite and helpful .. from the receptionist to the waiting staff in the breakfast dining room and the night receptionist, nothing was any trouble for them at all - the ambience and welcoming atmosphere; the efficient,friendly but courteous staff for whom nothing was too much trouble

  The accommodation was spacious ,very comfortable bed and bathroom new. Wonderful shower .Staff exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Breakfast excellent plenty of choice. A wonderful personal family run hotel. Highly recommend to anyone. Great location quiet and for seeing the Wirrel and Chester.   Very friendly and attentive staff. Room was small but clean and tidy, the bathroom was also very small but it still met all my needs for the two nights I was there. Despite being a weekend it was quiet around the rooms and I wasn't disturbed. I was able to access wifi in my room which wasn't expected and may not be the case for all but was a bonus... hva folk sier » . Cooked breakfast was excellent, with tea and toast and great value for money. - Staff were excellent. Couldn't do enough for us.Provided us with full english even though we came down half an hour after published breakfast time !! Breakfast was good. Hotel very clean throughout and very comfy bed. Iron and board in room - nice touch, Not many hotels do that and we always need them !!
