Jeremy was friendly, efficient and accommodating, the staff were all very efficient and friendly, the room was large and clean and bathroom was enormous. The food was first class and breakfast was cooked to order. The Hotel is in the centre of Malvern, has a friendly bar a snug and a very comfortable lounge. Car parking is limited but first come first served. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stone Manor had a lovely "feel" about it a welcoming and well maintained old black and white manor house. We only had breakfast over our 2-day stay but the food was excellent, with alternative options available on request. Nothing seemed too much trouble!

We stayed in the wonderful log cabin (superior double) in the garden.
Ideal location for the Three counties showground. Friendly hosts who
provided superb breakfasts. The pub in the village gives you 10%
discount on food if you are staying here (tues night £10 mixed
grill/weds night is pie night) & its excellent food too with a
lovely landlady (Sue). We would recommend Henwick as an ideal place to
stay if you wanted a luxurious getaway & restful break. We will go
back there again.

It is very quirky- we stayed in the soon to be renovated part. What a shame, this is vintage 70s and should be separately preserved. We were first offered a modernized room in the "chateau", but while very nice, this was quite generic like all other hotel rooms now seem to be. We had drinks in the grounds, very Downton Abbey. Staff efficient and friendly, breakfast ample.

Very pleasant staff, location, service and extremely comfortable beds. Will come again as I liked the area and the Inn is the perfect location for either a quiet peaceful stay in week or as a base for touring. Saw the comment from Bradford on Avon, couldn't disagree more. Very nice part of the country which suspect gets full of people of weekend so you need to choose whether you like crowds or not. We stayed in the week and it was great
