  Easy access from Heatrow Express.Reasonably sized rooms, new and clean, receptionists helpfull and smiling - Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. Some hotels would stick to their check-in time regardless! - The hotel was very modern, with very cclean and well set-out rooms. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Our room was much larger than expected and very modern.
