Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.

we both like the stay from the first minute me and my son arrived. the staff was very friendly and helpsome - Nice well appointed rooms even tough there were problems with the TV that the hotel was unable to fix during my two night stay (picture flipped upside down for no apprant reason). I would only recommend this hotel if the only thing you need

The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. My daughter got sick the day we left and prior to us leaving London we were allowed to stay for an extra 2 hrs

The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus
