  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable ... hva folk sier » we have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped. The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom. The location.

  The hotel is very nice, the staff were excellent, the food was good, but i did think the breakfast was a bit expensive at £28 per person. - friendly staff, we lost the key and no problems replacing it, concierge helped with many telephone enquiries,

  Amazing, its wonderful, it is my second review and my second staying, the staff are amazing kasha and lourie thank you so much you both are so lovely the manager is so gentle they are adorable the hotel is so comfi.   beliggenheten og rommet i exetutive-klassen - the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

  Personalet - Nærme til tog,buss og undergrunn. Ulike spisesteder med alle prisklasser i nærheten. Fantastisk frokost som hele familien vår elsket. Fin spasertur til Hyde Park og Oxford street. Ungene(11 og 13 år) likte å sove i nærheten av oss voksne.

  We searched long and hard online to find a good, affordable hotel in central London. This one is it (along with the Nadler, a few streets east). Our room was much larger than expected and very modern. Walk out the front door of the hotel and you're staring down Carnaby St. Go a block west and you're on Regent St. A couple blocks north and you... hva folk sier » 're on Oxford St. BTW don't be concerned when you walk up the front steps the first time and wonder "Is this a hotel?"
