  Staff friendly ness, all very approachable and willing especially staff on reception and at the bar. We attended a wedding on Saturday 22 June, and special mention should be given to one of the silver service waitresses. I don't know her name, but she was the most "mature" lady, and obviously very experienced!   Very friendly and helpful staff overall. Iron/ironing board in room! Hair drier and safe in room. Can adjust room temperature yourself. Good room service - nice food and not too pricey. Pleasant dining room and lounge areas. We enjoyed our stay (self and elderly mother). Adjusted our booking to take account of our altered needs. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

  Pristine new hotel with excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. Also good restaurant at reasonable prices. Might I suggest a signpost from the parkway if possible? Easy to take a wrong turn here - not the hotel's fault of course. - Great location, very clean hotel with friendly helpful staff and the value for money.   Nice hotel and good swimming pool. - very clean comfortable hotel -all hotel staff -in reception, lounge bar , restaurant and leisure area were very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends
