Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

The location was perfect! We went for a concert, literally a 5 minute walk to the arena, a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre and the Christmas market was down the road. The staff were excellent. They helped me with printing business documents, getting wi-fi access and even lent me a sewing kit! They also gave me extra tea and coffee and advised me on getting a taxi. I was impressed by how they helped other customers - someone wanted a Blackberry charger and they went out of their way to find one. The staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

Vi ble godt mottatt denne gang også,selv om vi kom inn 30 min over midnatt .Julen innebar innskrenkninger av betjening ,men vårt inntrykk var at de som var i tjeneste , gjorde sitt beste for at vi skulle få et godt opphold.Vi vil gjerne bruke dette hotellet fortsatt når vi er på familiebesøk i Nottingham - Sentralt, kort vei til byen og flybussen.

The apartments (we had number 1104) was great, very clean, all the amenities we would need for a few says without having to go to a laundromat or out to eat every night. There conveniently is a tescos right down stairs and the huge lace market and town square were also right there. -

We arrived early and the staff were really helpful and actually let us in an hour early, it was so close to all of the Shopping Nottingham has to offer, the apartment was really clean, beds were really comfy, excellent place to stay for Nottingham Arena being only a 3 minute walk away, which is initially why we chose it, but would definitely stay there again.... Can't say enough good things about the service.... Thank you!!!

It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us.
Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.
