If I have to stay in this area again, I will always use this hotel. Leisure facilities were excellent....and clean! Good standards here and all seemed well maintained. Our studio apartment was of an extremely high standard. Furnishings and equipment were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. We had only one night so were unable to use the leisure facilites but the pool looked wonderful and the beach was only a short walk from our villa. fault the hotel, the staff being particularly friendly and helpful. The
spa and indoor swimming pool are great and the rooms are super clean. -

The proximity to Bewilderwood was the main reason for staying here. A great place for under 10 year olds. Read the books beforehand to enhance the enjoyment though.

I think you would have to be very critical not to enjoy your stay here. We could not fault it. Staff where very obliging the rooms clean and tidy and of a very good standard plus you can use the health club all in. Breakfast buffet style and that was great too. Its a 5min cab ride into Kings Lynn thats all and a lovely complex in a quiet location.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room......it was a superb room; ground floor with french windows leading to small patio area. The room was beatifully furnished, well equipped and exceptionally clean. The reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The outlook from the hotel was lovely......and we enjoyed a swim, steam room before breakfast
