  A central location, close to the beach and South Pier. Easily found with a public car park adjacent. The carpets and furnishings were excepionally clean and modern. The en-suite room could have been taken out of the small, family hotel and placed in a much larger hotel and you would not know. I did not have to ask for room service as it was offere... hva folk sier » d imediately I arrived. Breakfast was excellent. - Hotel offers fantastic value for money.The four poster room we stayed in was of an excellent standard for price and the owners were particuarly helpful when my partner fell ill on the morning of our departure although full that evening they allowed us to keep our room till 12pm despite their new guests being due at 1pm.For standard,food,service etc highly recommend it.

  The hotel was in pristine condition, the decor was appealing and felt much more luxurious than the price! Staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. - Your staff were extreemly helpful especialy by butting on the footballmatch in the main loby when I asked them too.Nothing was out of theirway when they delt with me

  Despite only staying overnight didnt really have a chance to see what was available but overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable cost. - Food was excellent,leisure facilities were excellent,the staff were very friendly and helpful and overall very relaxing hotel.

  The disabled room was for my 88 year old mother and the design was very good. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, especially Karen and Lorraine. My mother was cold during the night and could not work out the heating. Hence she didn't sleep very well. When she mentioned this to reception they apologised, refunded her the nigh... hva folk sier » t's costs, immediately sorted out an extra heater for her and another duvet. No one could have done more. The security was very good. Reception were - I can't fault a thing, the room was warm, clean & really comfortable, plenty of space for the 3 of us (1 adult & 2 children 7 & 9) but the crowning glory is the staff here. The 2 receptionists I encountered were genuinely lovely, their customer service was far beyond my expectations. They were both really kind to the kids & should be highly commended for their communication skills &approachable manner. The personalised letters from Santa were a nice touch. Also passed severa

  We were given sensible ,helpful advice re. parking on the telephone before visit so it only cost £4.50 for our stay in nearby carpark. The young man on reception took an interest in our visit which was a nostalgis trip as we got engaged in Lincoln 46years ago and were celebrating our 45th wedding aniversary. We even got a card and he'd remembered ... hva folk sier » it was 45years - nice touch! We booked as a 'cheap deal' so were very pleasantly surprised at positon of hotel and standard of room etc. Would love - Loved the location . Hotel well designed but pity the balconies off the top floor bar aren't larger. The days we stayed were very warm and the 2 small balconies were crammed. Disappointed that being residents we couldn't get a seat - they were all taken with non residents which was annoying . Bed very comfy and food good. Breakfast lacked any fresh fruit which wasn't good . Will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. - What a lovely stay. My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst visiting Lincolns Christmas Market. I cannot compliment the staff here enough. Friendly, pleasant, helpful and always always wearing a smile and pleased to see you. Great hotel, warm, spotless and quiet. Amazing selection at breakfast. the warm choc-chip "welcome" cookie was a lovely touch. Thank you Double Tree staff - WILL RECOMMEND and WILL RETURN.

  Very Friendly, polite staff. Massive comfy bed. Very nice atmosphere, can't say about the food as did not eat at the hotel. - location nice and the fact that the hotel had a swimming pool for the little one to use.
