Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels). The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day. You are a captive audience here, as there is nothing else around, but the hotel has plenty to offer for a short stop before continuing on your journey. Hig
