  The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. It was easy to catch a bus to the London Eye/Embankment, the bus stop was a few - Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

  This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there!   Already stayed here before and consider as a perfect option for a short stay. Location in Goodge Street Tube station area is very lovely, lots of various pubs and restaurants to go out asa well as supermarkets and night shops to buy whatever you need. The variety of food is enought to make a good breakfast. There is also a sma - The price and location. Perfectly efficient in giving you the keys and your luggage on the last day in case you travel late. Very small bedrooms without ensuite bathrooms but a nice big communal kitchen and eating room plus bathrooms and small kitchen at each floor. Vey convenient and economical to cook your own meals if you want and the house provide eggs, cheese, milk , ham and fruit juices in an 24h open access fridge but also little empty fridges for personal items in each floor.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.   Jeg ble oppgradert til Suite. Det var et flott rom, men det lå i kjelleren.. - Et meget forekommende personale, hyggelig og smilende; følte oss meget vel ivaretatt fra første øyeblikk. Matsalen ( Rose Garden) var meget innbydende; maten god, fint anrettet og ganske rimelig. Roomservice utmerket.
