Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.

Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty! Were we in London for a show for one night and our stay at the hotel just added

Very friendly and professional staff. Andre on reception was especially
helpful and consoling after he advised us that our o2 concert (Rod
Stewart) had been cancelled. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant
instead (perfect steaks) and the waiting staff were polite and
attentive. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept soundly.
Quiet surroundings around the hotel. The dlr at Deptford bridge very
close by(3 min walk) so getting into Greewich village very easy to see
all the sites. Centr

We were grandparents, parents and a two year old. The 2 bedroom,2 bath layout was perfect for us. It wasn't The Savoy, where we stayed last in London, but so good with the family. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to awaken leisurely and enjoy breakfast at our own pace. The layout of the apt. let us share the babytime nicely.
The location was superb; short walk to good Waitrose groceries, and Kensington Park, and even Sloane Square lunch and shopping.

Staff very good except for someone forgetting to be around to check me in when I arrived (at 19.45). Building contains company's offices so double check if arriving outside their hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Victoria line tube. Rooms seem spacious (always a plus with places also used for rentals). Well furnished on the whole.

Despite reading a review that the traffic outside was noisy, I thought the windows' soundproofing in our room was brilliant! I could hardly hear a thing, and normally I can't sleep with any noise at all.

I Stayed here for a night while seeing a concert at the 02. It's so easy to find and is just a 30 second walk from Charlton train station, you can't miss it.There is also a bus stop just outside with buses running to and from the 02 every 10 mins for just £2.40. The room itself was basic, but had all you need for the night. I stayed in a single and the bed was comfy, it had a tv and tea/coffee making facilities. It was very clean and all you need really.
