Just everything, I think perhaps they upgraded my single room. The view from the window was just stunning, breakfast was SO good, properly hand made using good ingredients, just such a treat to stay there. Staff were friendly, and helpful, the décor was lovely, ditto the room. I'd stay there again, no question of that, and such a perfect location

The hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly. The general atmospher was upmarket , with both guests and staff very polite. I have mobility problems and when I asked for a room near the lift , my request was instantly granted. I would thoroughly recommend a balcony room and the food was absolutely delicious.

This was my 1st trip since the refurbishment and what a great job they have done with the re decoration of the Bedrooms & all other areas and the Dining Room has been very tastefully transformed into a very stylish area with an excellent cooking standard to match and very friendly attentive service. The room recently refurbished was fantastic. Nice and big the bed was large and lovely bathroom. Dinner cooked by chef Bruce was perfect, he even came out and we made sure he knew how much we enjoyed it. In the mornig we enjoyed the lovely jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool. All round great stay.

the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

What a super hotel with great service. We stayed in a double room, which was a very good size along with a good sized bathroom. The room was very clean and well furnished and in excellent order.
We found the service to be excellent, very friendly and helpful.
We only had chance to eat in their restaurant once, but the food was of a good standard. The open fire in the bar is so lovely!

The waiters, waitresses and bar staff were very nice. Andy and Keeley especially were nice and friendly and good at their job - always smiling. They made our stay very enjoyable and were very helpful and chatty. They got on with our kids great.

Had read some early bad reports from a while back, and went with some reservation. There was no need to worry. All aspects of our stay was brilliant. We in particular enjoyed the two evening dinners we had in the restaurant.
