  Excellent. The Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. The Hotel was spotlessly clean, our room light and airy. - Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and a lovely room with a fantastic view. No complaints!

  Everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, both at the hotel and the Lake District itself. The location was lovely, the staff and food were excellent and our room was better than we imagined. We didnt want to go home! Well worth the money we`d paid.   Everything about the Hotel is first class. From the moment we checked in the staff are so friendly and very professional everything was excellent. It was my birthday and we had chocolates left in the room and also a nice touch there had been placed a hot water bottle in the bed. Never had that before.
