The B&B was very clean and quiet. The water feature outside my room was switched off at night so it didn't disturb my sleep and I could sleep with the window open.
Breakfast looked to have lovely fresh fruit, cereal and cooked. Wish I could have had some.
I would stay again and hope to do so in the not too distant future.

Astounding views of the Cornwall coast, Penzance and St. Michaels Mount from the dining room, guest lounge, and guest rooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful, and came out to chat with us after serving breakfast. The breakfast was excellent--made-to-order and prepared fresh. Room was clean and comfortable.

2** rating... not really.. like all the other reviews it was more like an easy 3***. The food was well...... simply excellent, and while i was sitting in the lounge enjoying my point looking through a huge glass window at the sea, the view was stunning.....A perfect relaxing evening to an otherwise busy day....3*** ... yes.... 3*** service at
