It was genuinely nice place to be. The staff were lovely and the decor was simple but in very good taste (subjective). Food was excellent and reasonably priced and the breakfast was Superb. Of all the B&Bs in which we stayed during an extensive tour of Scotland, this was far and away the best. This was a lovely little quaint b&b with 2 bedrooms and a sitting room for guests to use. The host was lovely and very knowledgeable regrading the local area and very helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay here. We only stayed for one night while at a wedding but it was lovely and had a great nights sleep -

We spent three very comfortable nights at Allan Bank, our room though a bit on the small side was cosy and totally spotless. The breakfasts are delicious especially Marilyn's porridge & Archie is a wealth of knowledge on the surrounding area. Location is excellent, easy to find, ample street parking & most important very quiet allowing a good nights sleep. We would have no hesitation in recommending Allan bank.
