  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  The hotel was CLASSY with a capital C, great design, layout 7 level of clenliness. Have travelled the world a great deal and this would rate as in my top five! - They have an excellent swimming pool, jacquzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed very much (plus a health spa which we didn't use).

  I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. It was very easy to have breakfast als - When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room. The room was a generous size with a comfy bed. The leisure centre was just what I needed with a gym/cardio centre and also a pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi.
