  The Swimming pool was nice, the staff was extremely friendly and any inconveniences were met with generous offers and gifts to apologize. The breakfast was amazing and not extremely expensive. (we were forced to move room and got some nice sweets and nuts and a bottle of nice wine in return). Very nice to see because not all hotels, especially in the Hilton-type price-range are friendly and professional t - Room was clean , hotel was in a great location down side was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar although other bars are very close little dis organised at breakfast had to wait for a seat for ten minutes another couple came Down down and were seated immediately fire alarm was set off at 6.30am and we had to evacuate on a Sunday morning but that couldn't be helped and we did receive a letter of apology overall a good hotel with excellent facilities great location will definately be back

  A Great place tostay easy access to town with friendly accomodating staff. Rooms clean with lots of tea and coffee to keep you gooing. Parts of the room could do with an upgrade. But for the price it was very economical. The balti restuarant was fabulous food and service excellent and even served dinner to the room for my mum. Chris & Jane from New Zealand - we stayed at room 9. wow! it is a very lovely clean big bright room. the whole hotel was newly refab. and was so lovely and clean. our 2 children loved it too. The manager and all the staff would do any thing for their guests. food in the balti restaurant was also BRILLIANT WOULD RECOMMENCED.
