The hotel is located in the town centre and has easy access to to all the local bars and restaurants. The owner is very friendly and chatty. The rooms are very clean and there was fresh towels every day. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit and cereals and a cooked to order breakfast. The owner-family was very friendly. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the breakfast was excellent. I have no complains at all. I would recommend this to anyone willing to stay in Newquay for a few days.

Nothing was too much trouble for Cilla.the room was spotless,clean towels everyday and the breakfast was full of choice.will defenately return.

There is a small time window for breakfast 8.45 to 9.30 and this didn't bother us but if you are a later riser then this may be a difficulty.

Slight mistake made allocating room booked on their own system so my partner and I had to move across the road to another guest house, was ok but interrupted stay and other guest house room wasn't as nice so...
