Everything. Location was perfect. Views were perfect. Shack was so clean and tidy and provided everything you needed. The access to toilets showers and food was so easy. The price was extremely fair. The staff were so helpful and extremely accomodating. By far thee best place I have ever stayed in the UK by a country mile and cannot wait to return.
Our stay was fantastic throughout. Staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for an extension of stay. The shack itself is beautifully located right on the beach. It's clean and warm enough in summer.alle vurderinger »
Fab view of the sea and hearing the waves whilst tucked up in bed. Quiet at night and secure, good kitchen and bathroom facilities, and comfortable bed. The breaks is a great restaurant.
Fantastic location, staff were excellent, very helpful.
Surf shacks were clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.
Gorgeous layout
Basic but everything you need
We could walk straight out on to the beach.
Excellent location such a beautiful place.
Location and food.
For those who like the rustic:Stunning location, literally on the beach, comfortable beds. Booked shack was not fully cleaned (by mistake), but we were immediately moved to the next and offered a late check-out. Nice! It was quiet at night (own security) except for the calming sound of rolling waves. The girls loved it. So did we. Recommended!.
location, location, location. Kids loved it.
I couldnt move in and stay there forever. This was very disappointing!!! ;-).
the only problems we encountered were that firstly there are no plugs in the shack and the toilets/shower room is a little away (the closest place to change our phones). That room was never locked so we couldn't leave anything there. Although the staff members were nice enough to let us change our phones in The office till 5pm.
And secondly there is a restaurant right behind the shacks that's open late and gets a bit loud.
Not necessarily didn't like, but bathrooms could be improved slightly. Hooks on the doors so you can hang your clothes, and also new blinds as the current ones were broken and people could look.
Quite far to get to the toilet.
not so easy to find (look for the fenced car park). Expect a 100 pound parking fine for being 15 minutes late climbing up the 50 or so stairsteps to feed the parking meter... No socket in the shack, but mobiles can be charged in the kitchen/shower buildung (locked).
no electricity, no washing basin in the shack, no parking for shack, no toilet or shower in shack. top bunks are really dangerous for children; tiny rope is all that should protect them and is by far too loose. Could not use top bunks. Is like camping on the beach.
