Staff were all friendly and helpful.Vegetarian breakfast was delicious.Rooms were so clean and comfortable.Quiet location but only a short walk to the restaurants in Jesmond and into Newcastle centre.It was perfect for my family and we hope to return.

Friendly staff, clean room, not very spacious though. Close to Metro station. Beakfast all right, but a roll instead of only toast or cerals would have been nice.
