  The breakfast was great considering it's free. There was lots of parking available. The staff were really nice and helped direct me to where i needed to go. The rooms are very clean and got a great rate! - It was very comfortable and clean and staff were friendly. We had a very pleasant stay

  i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

  Flott hotell med bra standard. Sentralt - we got upgraded to a suite due to the comtemperary rooms being overbooked. the room was beautiful, the size of an apartment and the staff couldnt have been more apologetic. it was comfy, clean, warm, and road noise was minimal considering how busy it was. i love this hotel! ive stayed in the palace in a sta... hva folk sier » ndard room before, and it was excellent! i would not let bad reviews put you off. - I was astounded when I first entered the Reception. It was a magnificent and beautiful Reception. The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester for 20 odd years now and this hotel is the best.
