I even got fresh flowers in my room everyday, and waterbottles.   jeg synes jeg fikk fikk mye for pengene i forhold andre opphold jeg har hatt i london - The bars prices were surprisingly reasonable,staff couldnt have been more helpful. The room was great. i visited due to seeing Lee Evans at wembly-which was amazing by the way! and the hotel opens the bar til later if there is a concert etc so it was so nice to ... hva folk sier » walk just around the corner and have a drink after instead of rushing to get the last train home-my friend missed the last hr! - I don't have one single complaint about this hotel, the lobby was gorgeous, and check in what nearly instantaneous. Staff were friendly, and helpful, I was told about the free facilities and other offers at check in. Our room had a lovely view, no sign of construction or noise as mentioned by others. The room was modern, and spacous - and everything works. I'd give 5*

  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  We were greeted at the door by (Monika, I think that was the lady's name), she was helpful and friendly. We were going to the O2 for a concert and she advised us of the bus we needed, the cost involved and the fact that the service ran 24 hours a day. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, informative and couldn't of - We liked the friendliness, the location for the o2 arena was excellent nice big room very clean. We have lots of friends coming to various events and will recommend this hotel. Also we arrived early and leela kindly let us into our room.The owners young son was very friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel.
