  La chambre était vraiment grande pour un lit doubleThe room was really big for a double bed which is rare in most hotels around this price. . The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood. The bathroom had a reasonable size and was v... hva folk sier » ery clean and modern, the shower was amazing ! The only downside was the lack of equipments to store your products. The room was on the first floor wh - Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... hva folk sier » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.
