In case of third party authorization, guests are required to produce a valid booking confirmation voucher with their own valid debit / credit card and photo ID upon arrival. Late or early check-in is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. Guests are requested to be respectful of the neighbors by not making too much noise, playing TV/music too loud etc. No parties or gatherings are permitted. Upon arriving at the apartment guests will be greeted by a host who will go through the check-in process. Once guests have signed off the agreement and disclaimer, the host will hand over the keys. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions about the apartment. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
