The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.

It was fantastic, a really good break, fantastic room/suite, excellent spa, a really good character hotel in excellent surroundings. - The whole experience was idyllic. Food was excellent.

Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!
