We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there. We have a dog molly and the staff could not have been more friendly.We had all our meals in the hotel and every meal was 1st class. The room was large and very clean. Could not ask for a better place to stay, as a matter of fact we have booked again for a break in October. -

while actually travelling to Llandudno in the car because of the price,
we ended up arriving late evening due to traffic on the Motorway because

The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. There was also somewhere to put my car and the breakfasts were lovely quality and nicely cooked and presented. -

Really lovely guesthouse, we stayed in Room 1, which was beautiful and spacious. With a four-poster bed and en suite bathroom. The guesthouse owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, about 10 minutes from the pier/shops and bars/restaurants, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night.
