  The decor of the b & b was lovely; every detail was perfect. I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Our room #3, I believe, had a view of an early spring container garden -- not very fancy, but also totally sheltered fro - Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

  Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. Made sure I made it down to breakfast on the second day and wasn't disappointed! The s - Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. It is an ideal hotel for disabled persons who we noted were on lower floors with room for thier

  Very friendly, helpful staff. As I had booked 2 rooms, at once, they were treated as 2 separate bookings through letsbookhotel.com and so were not together. But the receptionist seeing we were a family went out of her way to find a room that would be closer to the other one. Easy access to lg area of parking outside the hotel. Restaurant was busy but the staff kept a friendly professional manner and f - My husband myself & our family have had a wonderful 2 day stay at this premier to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary,our family were very impressed the staff were very friendly & the meals were exellent very clean & plenty of room 3rd time we have stayed here.
