The fridge in our room was also an added and welcome surprise which we were able to use. In short a first class value for money hotel - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have every experienced in a hotel, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. Their guide compiled by themselves is fantastic and does LLandudno proud and put tourist office to shame.. Breakfast is really good to heart's content and lives up to its claim.
