Me and my partner decided to book a last minute bank holiday break so booked The New Loretta Hotel Llandudno for 1 night. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, just the kind of thing we wanted as a young couple. Breakfast in the morning was tasty. Llandudno has stunning scenery, a beautiful beach and some great little shops. All in all we had a fantastic weekend.

The friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. The bedroom was excellent with all the conveniences I required. The usual warm welcome, a lovely room, great location..a first class B+B for a budget price!. single room tv with dvd player your own shower the veiw was great staff so helpfull. Warm Welcome, nice clean room. Awesome power shower. Great breakfast. Warm and friendly, staff could not do enough. Everything. Bedroom adequate. Hotel very handy for all attractions. Close to all ameneties. the location. Staff. The staff were really helpful.. evening entertainment great for the older generation. Good Location. Staff, location. the location. Only complaint with our room was it was a little bit dark. The electric also tripped off in our room twice due to what we were told was a fault that they'd had checked and couldn't be found. But the staff sorted the problem and were very helpful with the situation so did not spoil our stay in the slightest. could not fault hotel. Nothing. Nothing. cant think of any thing. there was nothing to dislike. Mattress on bed a bit lumpy.but everything else we couldn't fault. Breakfast 1st morning fine 2nd morning had to remind waitress to serve us. 3rd morning fine. Undercooked sausages, overcooked bacon. Knot enough seating at an evening in entertainment area. the bathroom needs updating and there was a trip hazard into the bathroom which sloped very badly needs levelling and new suite fittng. Décor and beds. The Rooms. Pealing wallpaper..tiles falling off the bathroom wall..damp patch of the ceiling...smelly...dated bathroom...dated decor... Breakfast not great Poor Parking facilities. Poor cleanliness, cheap beds, very tired decor, needs work. Overpriced for the standard of accomodation. dirty room tablets left in bedside drawer from previous occupants distinct smell in room dirty bed linen. our room was in semi- basement with no natural light,low wattage bulbs, very dim, bed was hard,and despite bringing it to the managements attention on 2 occasions we had no hot water all through our stay which was friday to sunday.
