  The staff were extremely firendly and helpful, and very willing to accomodate our early evening arrival. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.   When I arrived my room wasn't ready yet but stuff was very helpful and gave me another room which was even bigger than the one i've booked. The room was very clean and everything inside is quite new.   We stayed at the apartment to celebrate a birthday in London. We found the facilities to be of a high standard, the apartment was only 2 months old and very clean. I chose the Apple apartments because of the location being in between the O2 and the city and I couldn't have made a better choice.
