  The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very central and the ideal place for a shopping and/or leisure trip. The car park is free, and unlike other reviewers we didn't have any problems with getting a place, and I simply rang the hotel when I was outside the ca... hva folk sier » r park gate and they opened it for me. A+++ - Was a little apprehensive at earlier visitor feedback on food noise etc left prior to visit which was completely unfounded. Food and service in general was excellent, location very good and secure car park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at very reasonable room rates. Ate in bar and restaurant and both were very good. nice breakfasts as well.

This hotel offers a great location within easy walkingdistance of shopping, dining and sightseeing.   The accommodation is up a steep hill so although only a mile from the city centre provided good exercise. Owner was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much - Local sold across road good. 5 minutes to wall by car. Good service when we phoned to see what the story was with the booking.
