Even though it is a busy road, you can hear very little of this in the hotel. Hotel is simple but very comfortable, clean and just the right temperature. This is a small 'family'-run guest-house/b'n'b. The room I was in (#4) was large, pleasant and light. It had a tea tray, fridge, tv en suite, desk everything you could want. there was Wi-Fi I was pleased to remain unconnected. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure you had information you needed. A great place to stay in Belfast.

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome, our room was very clean and we had plenty of fresh towels.The beds were very comfortable and the staff did all they could to make us comfortable. I would both recommend and use this hotel again. - It was convenient to shopping and nightlife but in a quiet area at thesame time.

The owners were lovely and couldnt do enough for us if we needed anything we only had to ask. The room was very spacious with comfy bed. Free wifi. Complimentry tea qnd coffee tray with enough to keepus going all weekend unlike chains of accomodation which uusualy provide enough for one cup. Would highly recommend to people wantimg a short city break. I will deffinately be booking again.
