It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.

  We loved the location. it served our purpose beautifully.   The whole Hilton, paddington experience for my girls weekend was fabulous, stepping off the train and straight in, check in, leave luggage with sweet gentlemen in reception and when we got back and went to our room, it was beautiful, spacious, newly decorated, new, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous, first class. I am so pleased I tried the Paddington Hilton and will be bac - We were able to leave luggage there when we arrived early. Our room was very nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Super convenient for Paddington Station and for access to other transportation for sight seeing. We had a wonderful stay. There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room.   The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful, including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and next morn... hva folk sier » ing breakfast was outstanding!! Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
