  When I arrived there was no soap in room and when I told the guy on reception he brought some up immediately. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet (as it overlooked the garden at the back). - The room, shower and toilet facilities were a good size for a single room and the room was bright and sunny.

  Very friendly and obliging staff and it was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in and will definitely check in there again next time I stay in London - our room had direct access to a garden,was very clean,and the hotel was near to all the amenities you need,and had very good transport link's

  self contained with all needed kitchen facilities for cooking, ironing facilities, good shower, very clean and well cared, staff very polite and helpful, very close to Hammersmith tube and bus station, good commerce nearby, pubs and restaurants, close to the Thames River for a nice walk alongside and a meal or beer at The Dove. And finally, an... hva folk sier » attractive price. I will definitely try to stay here next time I am back to London. - We had a whole apartment in a small space. It was done well though and so did not feel cramped, yet fit everything in that we could have asked for. (Having a full kitchen was impressive.) And all this was for a much better price than many of the other hotels. Room was perfectly clean and the owners/staff were friendly and helpful. Close to many pubs, shopping centre and the metro.. it doesn't get much better. Thanks Aviva Studios!

  The room was really clean. The staff were really helpful and gave a great breakfast service with a lot to choose from. It was also in walking distance from the Hammersmith Apollo which was a bonus. - Very welcoming and helpful. Great value. Near to tube. Nice surrounding area with nice bars and restaurants.   We arrived early and very wet and was allowed to use the room to change into dry clothes even though the room had not been changed from previous occupants. Went to local pub for an hour then came back and checked in . Room was clean, bed changed and clean and fresh towels, soap and shampoo was provided. We were two blokes in a room with 1 single and 1 double down for a gig at Hammersmith, this hotel was perfect for this. Wo - The room we stayed was spacious. The staff were accomodating even when our booking confirmation was misplaced. All staff are friendly there. Budget friendly Hotel. A short walk away from Westfield Shepherd's Bush/ tube.
