flight home to dublin was canceled and managed to get 3 rooms at this hotel very impressed was thinging of staying another night - this hotel was fantastic and we will most definatly be using it again! the staff were really helpfull and really pleasent.

When we arrived we were greeted by warm, friendly staff, the room was spaciaous and not a spec of dust! The bed was comphy and huge and the Thyme resteraunt had gorgeous food and value for money. Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

My son (4 years old) and myself really enjoyed our stay in the park inn.. When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for. We only stayed for one night as we had tickets for the Peter Gabriel concert at the Phones4U Arena. The hotel was perfectly situated for both the arena and access to all the delights Manchester shopping and culture has to offer - and we would not have known there was a National Museum of Football in the country if we hadn't scanned the helpful literature placed in our room. We stayed in a Premier room which had the most comfortable and huge bed I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and modern and the bathroom was tastefully decorated. I loved the decor, the room was very comfortable and the facilities better than published - eg flat screen Tv, free wifi access,the bistro style food was fantastic - and very reasonably priced - The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The spacious room and all the extra as we booked into the excecutive suite we decided to spoil ourselfs and are glad we did, it was worth every penny, we normally stay in a premier inn, but there really wasn't that much difference in price so glad we.
