Superb hotel. Stayed 1 night on a business trip, rooms spotlessly clean, hotel obviously has just been refurbished as everything is brand new.
Location is very central, close to business district and shopping. Staff very friendly, breakfast had a good selection.

Very warm welcome at reception and from guys on the door. Lovely spacious twin room, really cosy beds, excellent powerful shower, lovely massive towels...everything was spotless! The staff couldn't help you enough,. Hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I stayed in the queens room, which I got on letsbookhotel.com at a cheap rate ( just like the ad, ha ha but true) . With the queens room the continental breakfast was free, fresh and in the executive room. Which was calm cool and quiet. I hear the full cooked breakfast was £25 pounds, but I was happy with the range of fresh bread , ham on the bone, cheese, and all the bits you would expect.

My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

Wonderful stay and from the moment we were shown to our home for the weekend, it was perfect. Couldn't fault the friendly and knowledgeable service, the apartment was really well kitted out with the basics and also non essentials - really good hair dryer, even dishwasher tablets and we especially loved the Molton Brown shampoo! Views over the city centre were brilliant. Great location too - not far from anything. Brilliant weekend and our home for the weekend could not have been better!

hotel outshines them all for £99 you get a great room in the centre of
Brum near the shops, near the nightlife without the Noisy sleepless
night of Hyatt Crown plaza and Jurys Inn. I cannot fault this place if
it is a touch more dearer than some other hotels you will only regret
not paying to stay here
