  Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

Friendly and efficient staff from check-in, bar in the evening, through to breakfast next morning. Checkout not until 11am so breakfast very rel - Receptionist gave very clear and concise directions to find the car park - better than my sat-nav - a very good start and representative of the excellent, helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay!! The restaurant serves superb quality food and was well worth the wait. Rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed with funky design elements. The hotel sits in a superb location for most of Birmingham's attractions.
