  The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them.. The free car parking was a bonus in London, and the tube stations were close by...The buffet breakfast was very good, and we would have no hesitation about coming to this hotel again..H... hva folk sier » ighly recommed - The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Finchely Road tube station which makes it very convenient to get into the city. Rooms are very good size and everything is very clean. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Good value for money!

  very good location, nearest tube station only minutes away.hotel was very well presented there is ample car parking and it's outside congestion zone. we parked car for over 24 hrs for £14 which although high was better than the thought of driving into london city and trying to find space or using a nearer hotel to our theatre, having to pay the cha... hva folk sier » rge and putting car into multi story. the hotel room was spotless, the food was very good although some items were not availible, the breakfast was ex - Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

  This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.   We booked it as a Valentine treat and thought very highly of if. Good transport links. Overall very cosy and homely. Excellent value for money. Better than a hotel room.
