  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town. Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times. Suzie (Zuzi) at the reception receives everyone with a great smile and wonderful customer service- she made all the difference in my stay by - I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great. The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay. The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from. The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood. The room was on the first floor wh - Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

Very close to Lancaster Gate station and within walking distance to Paddington, Bayswater, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Hyde Park, etc. The staff who received us on Sunday afternoon, 29Sep was very efficient & friendly. The room was cleaned, the towels and coffee/ tea were replenished every day. The wifi connection was excellent! - The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean. Hot water supply is good as well.
