  Hotel has a nice location right on Clapham Common. Whilst not right in the centre of London it is only 4/5 subway stops from Victoria and much better value than most of the hotels that are in the centre. It's in an excellent accessible location, about 10 mins walk from either Clapham Common or Clapham South. The beautiful Victorian building is well looked after and has a quirky yet clean feel to it. A cosy and warm atmosphere with open fires in the winter. Helpful and welcoming staff, very professional. Glass-roofed conservatory breakfast area, and excellent food. Bed was very comfy, got a good night's sleep. Very quiet! Free WiFi.

The rooms and shower facilities were clean, with clean bedding and large bath-towels! Breakfast was ok - toast (they could top this up more), croissants, cereal, yoghurt, tinned fruit, coffee machine, staff were friendly when I was making a mess! Free wifi in my room even in the attic, tea tray which was nice. They had an iron which was good. Excellent hairdryer.

  Helt super service. Vi ankom kl 11.00 på formiddagen og personalet gjorde ALT for at vi kunne få sjekke inn så fort som mulig selv om innsjekking normalt ikke var før kl 14.00. Det var en rolig atmosfære på hotellet, lite men kjempetrivelig. Rent og ikke minst - det var godt og varmt der. Kort vei til stasjonen. Kan ikke få fullrost stedet godt nok... hva folk sier » . Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.
