  Members of our group of 6 people were in their eighties, sixties, fifties, twenties and a 3 year old. We liked the space (similar to home) the ability to make meals & snacks and of course a cup of tea. The vancinity was very good. The location allowed us to travel around relatively easily. The agency lady waited for us to make sure we know whats where, she showed the house, advised about the area, etc. its not a super central location, but still, its very nice and alternative, at least the flat in Camden.

It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite. The staff was polite and understanding. Bathroom was spotlessly clean. We liked there and will come back when we visit London again.
