  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home. We will certainly stay again the next time we are in London.I can highly recommend this Hotel. - Fantastic experience, we were upgraded to a 2bed suite and had all the room you could wish for.   The hotel was being renovated when I stayed there, so I think it will be even better in the future, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the English breakfast was good. Frendly staff, feeling was like at home. We got all necessary "for people first time in London" information from staff. If we travel next time to London we shall stay there for 100%. - Everything!! Excellent location, few min walk from Underground really!! Excellent size room, very clean, lovely cooked breakfast.And on our final day even though we checked out at 11, they held our suitcases while we spent our last afternoon sightseeing.

  The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.
