i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Flott hotell med bra standard. Sentralt - we got upgraded to a suite due to the comtemperary rooms being overbooked. the room was beautiful, the size of an apartment and the staff couldnt have been more apologetic. it was comfy, clean, warm, and road noise was minimal considering how busy it was. i love this hotel! ive stayed in the palace in a sta

It was a magnificent and beautiful Reception. The Receptionist was lovely and attended to every need. Then we got to the room and it surpassed all expectations. I've stayed in hotels in Manchester for 20 odd years now and this hotel is the best.

Loved everything about the apartment it was exactly what we wanted in fact stayed in quite a few apartments around Manchester and this was by far the best and will definatley be booking to stay again......in fact sooon as we left we booked to come back the following weekend x - the staff were helpful with booking requirements and was very friendly

The level of services provided left us wanting for nothing. The food in restaurant was excellent. We plan to return for this service alone. The rooms are all modern / air conditioned and comfortable.
