  Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. - we got upgraded to a deluxe room.Staff very friendly.Brilliant location.Room really beautiful.

  we both like the stay from the first minute me and my son arrived. the staff was very friendly and helpsome - Nice well appointed rooms even tough there were problems with the TV that the hotel was unable to fix during my two night stay (picture flipped upside down for no apprant reason). I would only recommend this hotel if the only thing you need... hva folk sier » is a place to sleep. No good if you i.e. visit London with a family as the rooms are not large and no place for kids to move around. Pleasant staff

  Beautiful, historic building decorated in period style including the retention of fantastic (but tiny) lift with manually operated cage doors. Staying here made me feel like I was a diplomat! Friendly, welcoming staff. Free WiFi in my room. Decent breakfast. Excellent location close to Underground stations, shops, pubs and cafes. - Great boutique... hva folk sier » hotel in a lovely, safe, upscale neighborhood in London within walking distance to Victoria Theater, shopping in Westminster & the UG. Budget-friendly considering the outrageous hotel prices in London. The staff was very courtesy & helpful. Our room was clean, spacious & comfortable. We will return.

  The room was wonderful but in part that was because I had 6/7 (both) access to myself. With only a small room on its own - even with an excellent bathroom - I would have found it too small for C21st expectations. On the other hand, the staff(a manager?) was wonderful, including letting me use the breakfast room to do some emails etc. and next morn... hva folk sier » ing breakfast was outstanding!! Yes I will be back. It was definitely as described and definitely not a flat pack chain hotel room. It's position in w - So many hotels are identical, and I stay in a lot of hotels! It was really nice to have something that was out of the ordinary for once, yet still in a good location (right next to Kings Cross station) and with functionality ... free wireless etc. A great breakfast, an extremely helpful and courteous staff, overall it made a very good impression.
