  We stayed in the Executive King Room. The room was very nicely decorated. It looked fresh, clean and new. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was well-placed and worked properly. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap.   I love the size of the rooms and each time we have been the rooms have been spotlessly clean. The staff are all great - very helpful and polite - especially the lady who checked us in!!   The room was agreeably large and tastefully decorated with a modern bathroom. The few members of staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from St Pancreas, and we avoided public transport entirely during our stay. - Lovely big comfortable bed, great location.

  Really friendly helpful staff, good value for money for central London, spacious, well furnished rooms (perhaps distorted because I was given an upgrade), the overall "feel" of the hotel. - we got upgraded to a deluxe room.Staff very friendly.Brilliant location.Room really beautiful.
