  Lekasje fra radiator -vått på gulvet. Vi fikk byttet rom første natten,men bagasjen vår var flyttet tilbake til første rommet da vi komtilbake etter en tur på byen. Rommet lå i kjelleretasjen ov var trangt, - I have stayed at La Suite many times now and am always so impressed by the standard of comfort in the rooms, the facilities offered and the v... hva folk sier » alue for money. Some of the rooms are small but as I was travelling alone, they were perfectly adequate. The staff are super friendly and helpful. - Locality and convenience to excellent area of west London. Very friendly, helpful staff. Excellent comfortable, practical room facilities at very reasonable price for London. Very good breakfast served in room. Could not fault the accommodation!

  The Hotel itself was beautiful and had a very nice cosmopolitan feel to it. The room was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed being able to pop outside into the courtyard. The people couldn't possibly have been nicer and made me feel welcome the second I walked in the door. These personal touches make all the difference, particularly in London (... hva folk sier » where you don't often get that). Location second to none. - The rooms were both lovely but the best thng about the hotel was the staff they were friendly and so helpful they really made our stay comfortable nothing was too much trouble. We left a couple of personal items behind and Sergei located them though house keeping and mailed them on to us. We had cockatails in the bar after dinner out and they were superb and the atmosphere was great.
