  Proprietor was very knowledgeable and helpful beyond the call of duty. I will stay there again. It's convenient for St. Pancras as well as British Museum, tubes and buses, with some pleasant cafes and pubs nearby. Not a very busy road so slept very well. - Friendly welcome and polite host.   Frokosten. Intimt og lite. Koslig eier. veldig serviceminded. Nær Hyde Park og sentrum med Oxford Street. Koslig. Rolig og ufarlig strøk,også på kveldstid. Gitterlås foran hele verandadører=for ekstra trygghet=kunne lufte hele dagen når vi ikke var der,samt natta når vi sov. - Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakf... hva folk sier » ast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Bus stop was very near, too. It was very peaceful and quiet. The dog and cat were very cute. Felt like home. - The location is perfect. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly. It is safe and the location is safe surroundings. It is very clean, beds very comfortable, and rooms are very spacious. Good value for money. Breakfast is good. Has wifi everywhere.

  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The bed was actually super com... hva folk sier » fortable and the pillows were lovely! I'm not sure we're they memory foam but they were very comfortable. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

  Perfekt beliggenhet. Nær Paddington Underground station. Koselige barer og restauranter veldig nærme. Kun hoteller i gaten, så det var stille og rolig der. - Veldig god service og blide imøtekommende personale

  The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The biscuits to have, with yo... hva folk sier » ur beverage, was a lovely touch, also. The breakfast was lovely & was served very quickly, which really suited me,as I had to get a train. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,
