  The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... hva folk sier » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. And anything we requested... hva folk sier » such as extra milk/tea bags were supplied straight away and with a smile. We had an excellent evening meal and an equally good breakfast with one of - The location was first class. The rooms clean, the beds comfortable, and the linen of acceptable quality. The staff were friendly and chatty without being 'familiar' and we enjoyed our conversations with the various nationalities. [We are New Zealanders] The breakfasts were very good. The evening meals were well-priced and more than adequate [especially the marinated ribs and the big chocolate sundae! The wine-waitress was a character, especially when she knew we lived not far from th
